Were seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across 1-2 schools in the elementary and middle school levels. This is an onsite role where youll float between schools, helping students reach their communication goals.
What Youll Do:
- Caseload Management: Work with students across 1-2 schools, providing speech and language support in elementary and middle school settings.
- Assist SLPs: Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans and conducting sessions.
- Student Support: Help students develop communication skills, monitor their progress, and report findings to supervising SLPs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Must have a valid Texas SLPA license.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential.
